She has held executive roles across the US, UK, APAC, and EMEA, including leading Hyundai’s global innovation and future-growth function, where she drove YOY revenue growth through innovation, expanded operations internationally, and established new profit-driving models during a year of significant market contraction. Her remit spanned financial performance, new business models, mobility futures, digital transformation, and industry-defining partnerships and was supported by board-level responsibility and a mandate to shape long-range organisational direction. She also established the Chief Innovation Officer practice at Gartner, and her earlier leadership includes building and running her own consultancy, guiding multinational brands, and serving in senior positions across emerging technology, content, and consumer industries.
